THE OIL AND GAS ENCLAVE

PETROLEUM REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX

This enclave will host a cutting-edge petro-chemical complex. Feedstock for this complex shall be procured from the West African oil and gas fields under a long-term supply arrangement with a blue chip global integrated oil and gas company. Products from the complex shall serve as raw materials for companies on the estate. Whatever cannot be sold will be sold on the world market under an off-take arrangement with the company.

METHODOLOGY

• Canals will be dug using modern construction equipment produced on the IRE-IE
• Material dug out from the earth for the canals will be used for the construction of the motorways and railway lines on both sides of the canals.
• There will be a gentle 25 Degree slope away from the motorways which will host a further system of solar farms.
